Attempting to pickup a female online today is not much different from before the internet, except for the humiliation in public that we had to suffer thru, lol…

Let us say for example you come across a profile of a Hottie that is out of this world, while checking out anyone of the online dating sites or it could even be on Facebook…I know what our friend Derek or I would do, but what is the first thing you do?

Please tell me you do not fire something off like, “Wow, you are gorgeous. I bet you have all the guys out there hitting on you… but hopefully this message will get through to you because I would really like to treat you out sometime!”

Even if you had the prefect profile set up for attracting hot looking women, I personally know the success rate of some of these generic messages are around 1% if you are lucky!

Your profile is the foundation for successful dating online, this is your personal reference online for other females that are checking you out. Have several fun exciting pictures taken and posted of yourself with excellent resolution. Pathetic bad exposures on your images will send her clicking to the next profile.

Before messaging anyone, was your profile finished? Fill out your whole profile out while chatting with your best friend, so it sounds real and not like some job interview! If it is still incomplete, get back there now and get it done once you finish reading this article.

The second thing you need to do is READ HER PROFILE. Too many guys fail to personalize the first message, which is critical. There are too many cut and paste messages out there. An attractive girl gets as many as fifty messages a day! Do you think she is honestly going to have time to read all of them? Absolutely not.

You need something that catches their attention…the easiest way to do this is to personalize your message! Find something you both share a passion for and make the first line in your message a question on this topic. More on this later…
